First-Time Patients

Welcome to Podiatry Associates of Cincinnati, and thank you for choosing us for your foot and ankle care! During your first visit to PACI, we will discuss important background information and allow you to get to know your doctor. We strive to provide clear explanations of your diagnosis and treatment options so that you can make educated decisions regarding your health care.

At PACI, we want to make your first visit as productive and efficient as possible. To help us make the most of your time, please bring the following items to your first appointment:

• Insurance card and picture identification
• Name of your primary care physician, date last seen by primary care physician, and any previous podiatrists
• Medical records or X-rays relating to your current or previous foot problems, if you have them
• Completed New Patient Information Form

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow us to complete your registration process. We look forward to seeing you soon!
 
If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call (513) 474-4450 during our regular business hours or fill out the contact form below.

Emergencies

For emergencies that occur outside of our office hours, please call (513) 474-4450 and leave a message with your name, a call-back number, and details of your emergency. The physician on call will be paged with your message, and they will call you back as soon as possible. We always have a doctor available 24/7 to address your podiatry emergencies.

For all other emergencies, please call 911.

Insurance

We accept most major insurance companies and Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

Appointment Policy

Due to our doctors’ increasingly busy schedules, please note that we will ask you to reschedule if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you plan accordingly when scheduling appointments to ensure you can arrive on time.
